Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer Analyst to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing the Edwards EMEA THV product portfolio, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing expired products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to achieve target levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Sales Representative, Control Tower, and Supply Chain Analysts, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Generate monthly Net Demand Forecasts in alignment with Sales Forecasts and Marketing, supported by adequate documentation.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly budget cycles, including Demand, Inventory, Freight in/out, and Excess & Obsolete inventory.
  • Contribute to new product launch planning, ensuring supply to support launch on time at budget.
  • Monitor inventory coverage development and detect early shortages, backorders, and excess inventory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of previous related experience, with experience in purchasing and/or production control.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with advanced skills in data analysis utilizing MS Excel and possibly QlikView.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a result-oriented and accurate approach.
