Job Summary

The Performance and Governance Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic alignment of the Marketing and SNU IT & Data team. This role will oversee performance management processes, ensure governance standards are met, and coordinate the control of operational expenses and capital expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks for assessing the effectiveness of IT initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with governance standards.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, operational expenses, and capital expenditures, providing insights and recommendations for financial optimization.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with IT & Data Director and other stakeholders to identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead efforts to standardize processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the IT & Data team.
  • Manage the budgeting process for operational expenses and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Navigate and operate effectively within complex and matrixed organizational structures, fostering collaboration and alignment across different functions and teams.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
