We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Data and Insights Leader to join our team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing global Data and Insights team that delivers value-based insights from data.
- Manage and run a diverse team of data professionals, including data scientists, engineers, and program managers, across different countries.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and fellow leaders to drive business transformation enabled by data and digital solutions.
- Value Creation and Strategic Road-Mapping
- Create tangible value based on insights from data and related digital solutions.
- Define a mid-term and long-term roadmap aligned with Thyssenkrupp Elevator's strategy to create value, scale the usage, and value of data and AI.
- Lead end-to-end use case/business delivery to ensure quick movement from proof-of-concept to scaled products creating business value.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, data, digital, etc.).
- Over 10 years of experience in digital and data, creating value out of data.
- Strong data competencies and skills with a desire to turn data into insights and value.
- Track record of leading teams and collaborating with tech-savvy teams of data experts and business-focused teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business and tech ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and run teams.
- Pragmatic and hands-on person ready to go the extra mile to ensure success.
