CPM International is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the line manager to ensure the accounting and reconciliation process for various bank accounts, including GBP, Visa, and Ecash.
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and unbilled transactions.
- Manage client revenues and cost management.
- Collaborate in the accounting and reconciliation process for payroll, seizures, social security, and taxes.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare monthly and yearly tax reports.
- A fluent level of Spanish and English.
- + 3 years of experience in a similar role within Spain.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with finance/accounting systems.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management or Higher professional education in Administration/Accounting.
- Experience in the accounting, treasury, and collection departments.
- Permanent contract with a 1-month probation period.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per month in the office, with the rest working from home.
- Employee Assistance Program and Employee Benefits Club.
- 3 weeks paid training.
