About the Role

CPM International is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the line manager to ensure the accounting and reconciliation process is completed accurately and within the set timelines.
  • Support the Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, and Unbilled processes.
  • Collaborate in the accounting and reconciliation process for payroll processes, seizures, social security, and taxes.
  • Support Internal and external audits.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly taxes.

Requirements:

  • A fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • + 3 years of experience in a similar role within Spain.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience with Finance/Accounting systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.

Preferred:

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management or Higher professional education on Administration/Accounting.
  • Experience in the accounting, treasury, and collection departments.
