Job Description

Purpose and Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Ormco business in Extremadura and surrounding regions. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with distribution partners, and cultivating a deep understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements and Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the medical devices and life sciences industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English and native Spanish language skills
