Job Summary:

Axalta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Logistic team, including coordinating with shipping departments and external carriers to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support monitoring operational flows of third-party warehouses (inbound / outbound / return).
  • Collaborate in solving errors during order processing.
  • Maintain internal/external correspondence in case of unforeseen events (summer shutdown, strikes) & bank holidays.
  • Generate Safety Data sheets in GHS tool.
  • Provide Advise of delivery date or Proof of delivery.
  • Review details of draft bill of lading before forwarders issue final version.
  • Provide export documentation to support custom clearance processes.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate spoken and written knowledge of English.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
