About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Technical Expert to join our team at Salesforce, Inc. As a Senior Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical guidance and expertise to customers and partners on MuleSoft implementation projects.
  2. Evaluate customer technical and functional requirements to develop cost-effective solutions.
  3. Work closely with customers to establish and operate their MuleSoft Platform and successfully realize, manage, and optimize their APIs and integration ecosystem.
What You Will Achieve
  1. Participate in MuleSoft Technical Product and Consulting Services training, methodology, and enablement.
  2. Shadow seasoned architects/senior consultants to gain hands-on experience.
  3. Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and deliver compelling presentations and requirements-gathering workshops.
  4. Internalize frameworks, project deliverables, best practices/policies, and implementations.
  5. Contribute to technical brown bag sessions and publish reusable content.
Requirements
  1. 5 to 10 years minimum hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions.
  2. Proven experience on the implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions.
  3. Hands-on experience of implementing DevOps principles and Software Engineering best practices.
  4. Success in mentoring/coaching colleagues or customers.
  5. Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
  6. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Preferred Requirements
  1. Achievement of "MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1" certification.
  2. Experience on enterprise-grade MuleSoft Anypoint Platform setup.
  3. Awareness of API life-cycle management.
  4. Experience on conducting performance tuning of applications.
  5. Adding to your team through mentoring colleagues.
  6. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining highly available systems on Kubernetes.
  7. A track record of experimenting with new technologies.
  8. Experience of learning and applying a variety of full-stack technologies.
  9. A passion for continuous improvement.
