- Evaluate customer technical and functional requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver solutions to help customers achieve their business goals and advise on best practices for integration, API management, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and digital transformation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
- 5-10 years of hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing enterprise-scale integration solutions across the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar products, microservices, batch-based processing, Event Driven Architecture patterns, REST and SOAP services, and traditional, containerized, or cloud-based infrastructure.
- Success in mentoring and coaching colleagues or customers to design, deliver, and assure high-quality software.
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Achievement of 'MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1' certification.
- Experience with enterprise-grade MuleSoft Anypoint Platform setup.
- Awareness of API life-cycle management.
- Experience with performance tuning of applications and MuleSoft Runtime configurations.
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining highly available systems on Kubernetes.
- A track record of experimenting with new technologies and contributing to the open-source community.
- Experience with learning and applying full-stack technologies outside of the integration domain.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
