Missions

En tant que Conseiller Clientèle, vous serez chargé de :

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle.
  • Identifier les problèmes rencontrés par les clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Enregistrer et mettre à jour les informations dans le système CRM.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs communs.
Compétences requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez démontrer les qualités suivantes :

  • Excellente maîtrise écrite du français.
  • Compréhension de l'importance d'une expérience client de qualité et de son impact sur la satisfaction globale.
  • Empathie, sens de l'écoute, et professionnalisme dans toutes les interactions avec les clients.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
  • Un intérêt pour l'univers des jeux en ligne serait apprécié, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
  • Résider à Barcelone et disposer d'un NIE valide.
Avantages
  • Contrat permanent avec une période d'essai de 3 mois.
  • Horaires en rotation : entre 9h et 22h, du lundi au dimanche, avec seulement 4 jours de travail consécutifs.
  • Salaire annuel brut de 22 200€.
