Technical Program Manager, Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon Business. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering business value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Expertise in data analysis, experimentation methodologies, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
- Customer Experience: Strong understanding of customer experience, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Abuse Prevention and Content Management: Familiarity with abuse prevention strategies, incentive program management, and content management systems is highly desirable.

Basic Qualifications- Engineering Team Experience: Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Technical Product or Program Management: Experience in technical product or program management.
- Project Management: Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Engineering or Computer Science Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
