Network Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team at IAG GBS. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's network infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Security Measures: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect our network infrastructure from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- Perform Security Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular security assessments and audits of our network infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Coordinate Incident Response: Work closely with our Security Operations Center (SOC) to coordinate incident response and monitoring of suspicious network activity.
- Collaborate with Vulnerability Management Team: Report and coordinate remediation actions for any findings on the network infrastructure.
- Advise on Network Security Devices: Act as an advisory to configure and manage firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Bot Management tools, Network Access Control (NAC), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and other network security devices.
- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Collaborate with our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Perform Security Reviews: Conduct security reviews of network architecture and design to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in network security.
- Skills: Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, WAF, AntiBOT solutions, NAC, etc. Hands-on experience with security assessment tools and techniques.
- Language: Professional English.
