About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary iOS Staff Engineer to lead and drive the architecture, design, and development of our iOS applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of complex iOS applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, specifications, and solutions that align with business goals.
  • Engineering Excellence: Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Delivery: Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying iOS applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills: Previous experience leading iOS development, with a portfolio of successful iOS applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Swift and Objective-C, as well as familiarity with related frameworks and tools.
  • Leadership and Communication: Track record of leading and mentoring teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and debugging on iOS.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
