What You'll Do- Collaborate with BCG case teams, clients, and experts to understand business problems and suggest appropriate methodology/software solutions based on client's business needs and program specifics.
- Demonstrate understanding of the client's overall problem and generate framework or solutions for team quickly.
- Support business leaders in developing existing new intellectual property and knowledge/software assets.
- Collaborate with case teams and topic/sector leaders to provide knowledge assets, methodologies, software solutions, analysis, and expert advisory.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial drive and have demonstrated experience in client service working with company transformation projects.
