Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Efficiently transport guests and their luggage to their rooms, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Offer personalized assistance with luggage, amenities, and other guest requests.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to resolve any guest issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bell stand, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
