Position Overview

As the Head of Talent Management for AccorCorpo, you will report directly to the VP of Talent & Culture for the Mediterranean and North Africa. You will lead a dedicated team of two professionals, overseeing HR operations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Functions:

• Serve as a strategic partner to Senior Leaders across Support Functions in the Iberia region on all HR-related matters.

• Facilitate the performance management cycle, including merit reviews and STIP policy implementation.

• Collaborate with the local Learning & Development Manager to design and execute training programs for Support Office employees.

• Drive the Engagement Survey process, develop action plans, and foster a culture of employee engagement.

• Ensure optimal working conditions and employee wellbeing across Support Offices.

• Manage employee relations, maintaining constructive dialogue and addressing collective issues.

• Oversee payroll operations in Spain and coordinate with external payroll providers.

• Define and uphold local HR policies.

Talent & Culture Services for Hotels:

• Act as a key HR partner to Operations Leaders.

• Deliver HR services to hotels in accordance with management and franchise agreements.

• Manage relationships with hotel schools.

• Promote optional and billable HR services to both Franchise and Managed hotels, including recruitment and talent development programs, as well as digital training solutions through Accor Academy.

• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence Operations for Bloom initiatives.

Talent Acquisition for the Mediterranean Region:

• Oversee the selection process for General Managers in Managed hotels, acting as a recruitment agency.

• Identify and develop a pipeline of future General Managers and Heads of Departments.

• Ensure talent selection for Support Offices in the Mediterranean region, adhering to company standards and budgetary constraints.

• Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.

• Manage recruitment for hotel openings and large-scale hiring events.

• Conduct assessment centers to evaluate potential candidates.

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies for the region.

Project Management:

• Adapt and implement global and regional projects at the local level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR as a generalist.

• Background in consultancy and sales.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

• Strong project implementation skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws in Spain and Portugal.

• Ability to engage with diverse profiles in multiple languages.

Team Management:

• Experience in leading and developing a team.
