Job Responsibilities

As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including:

  1. Data Entry: Accurately inputting financial transactions into our accounting software and recording financial data.
  2. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Processing invoices and following up on overdue accounts.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger.
  4. General Ledger Maintenance: Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records.
  5. Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and annual accounts.
  6. Expense Tracking: Verifying expense reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  7. Documentation and Filing: Organizing and maintaining financial records and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you should:

  1. Be in your final year of a degree or master's program in Finance and Accounting.
  2. Have the ability to sign an agreement with a university, school, or study centre.
  3. Be fluent in English (level C1).
  4. Have excellent organizational skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
  5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
