Our membrane reactor technology enables on-site hydrogen separation and production from various feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, and synthesis gas from waste.
The OpportunityAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing H2SITE products, ensuring their safety, robustness, and high process performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing containerized solutions, pressure equipment, and skid structure designs.
Main Responsibilities- Design and develop containerized solutions for H2SITE products.
- Develop pressure equipment, such as reactors, tanks, and heat exchangers, in accordance with ASME or EN codes, and oversee their certification.
- Define skid structure designs and perform load analysis.
- Oversee equipment assembly and mechanical commissioning.
- Ensure the routing of process lines in modular skids, facilitating equipment maintenance.
- Generate, review, and update technical documentation, including constructive drawings.
- Support H2SITE equipment certification.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to optimize the design of H2SITE reactors.
- Contribute to the development of QHSE policies and programs.
- Report any unsafe conditions or adverse environmental events.
- A Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Safety in the Chemical Industry is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
