The Team

You will be part of our Internal IT team, working closely with our global IT team to manage administrative and infrastructure tasks and projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Systems Architect to join our team and take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, automation, and related IT systems. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our business, with great autonomy and visibility across the wider IT team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer our global IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies and solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure and Entra ID related systems, processes, services, and access rights.
  • Manage Google Cloud Platform, including directory service management and scripting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain collaboration tools, such as Slack, O365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administering Windows, Apple, and Linux environments, as well as clients such as Azure, APIs, PowerShell scripting, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, including Teams, and Google Workspace and Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and escalation skills, with the ability to work with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Good understanding of global infrastructure management, automation of processes, virtualization technology, VMWare, and administration of GitHub repositories.
  • Basic knowledge of IT project management and firewall systems and security systems.
