**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a trusted partner to our clients, you will provide guidance and expert advice throughout the recruitment process, working closely with clients to develop a sourcing plan for each position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in technical, scientific and professional roles across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Construction.
- Manage a volume of positions, communicating regularly with clients, sourcing and screening applicants, reviewing feedback, coordinating interviews, and progressing offers of employment.
- Ensure effective management of contractors, processing rate increases promptly, and assisting with day-to-day account management duties with key clients.
- Assist with assimilating tax data from countries where proposals are to be submitted and ensure compliance with labor laws and visa regulations.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency, RPO or in-house environment, with a passion for resourcing and recruiting.
- Experience in recruiting within a multi-discipline business, across a range of locations, with high motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
