Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and backlog items
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ISO20022 and Swift (MT101) payment systems
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration with client systems
- Provide expert-level support for transactional banking operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI and Cloud
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional analyst in banking
- Detailed knowledge of payment systems and transactional banking
- Proven experience with UAT and agile methodology
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic programming, API, and microservices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
