About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking customer service representative to join our team in Malaga. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer experience
About You

We are looking for a candidate with native level Dutch language skills, strong writing skills, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
