Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Application Owner for SAP Signavio. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and improvement of the application, providing guidance and advice on all business and technical aspects of the daily business. You will work together with the relevant process/data owners and the Solution Architect on release plans and change requests to ensure that the application meets both business requirements and IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: You will monitor the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP Signavio applications and ensure that the application runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
- Business Process Improvement: You will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions using SAP Signavio tools.
- Integration and Customization: You will work with IT and other departments to integrate SAP Signavio with other systems and applications and adapt the application to meet specific business requirements.
- Security and Compliance: You will ensure compliance with organizational security guidelines and standards and manage user access and permissions.
- Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis, and Reporting: You will monitor application performance and usage statistics, create reports on application performance, user activities, and other relevant metrics. You will provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders based on data analysis.
- Training and Education: You will conduct training and workshops to educate users on SAP Signavio functionalities, best practices, and processes.
Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in application management and SAP Signavio. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
