Language Content Specialist, Portuguese, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, utilizing your expertise in the Portuguese language.
Key Responsibilities- Content Improvement: Apply your knowledge of the Portuguese language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Task Management: Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Media Asset Creation: Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to Amazon's standards.
The Prime Video Global Operations team collaborates with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to our global audience. We focus on delivering a seamless experience for our customers, and our team plays a critical role in achieving this goal.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the post-house/studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
