Job Title: Senior Manager, Global Business Planning Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Planning Team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business planning effectiveness across the Taste business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business planning strategies to increase demand planning effectiveness.
  • Provide support to the adoption and capabilities of new planning tools across the Taste business unit.
  • Participate in demand planning projects to ensure requirements are met and new ways of working are adopted.
  • Analyze root causes of planning issues and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and quantify planning effectiveness KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Drive master data settings to enhance data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience with demand planning and/or IBP, PLM.
  • Experience with SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
