Requirements

A proven track record with over 5 years of experience in multi-faceted brand marketing, executing successful campaigns across various mediums such as TV, events, social media, and other offline channels.


  1. Creativity and Communication

Exceptional creativity and communication prowess, demonstrated through a portfolio of innovative campaigns that effectively translate AliExpress' brand message to target demographics.


  1. Data-Driven Approach

A data-driven mindset, with a strong competency in leveraging analytics to set campaign benchmarks and refine channel performance.


  1. Results-Focused

A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.


  1. Industry Experience

Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.


  1. Language Skills

Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must; Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.
