About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Data Analyst to join our team at Free Now. As a key member of our data-driven analytics environment, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and informing product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and estimate the potential impact of planned projects.
  2. Engage with product squads to gain an understanding of problems that need to be solved, gather requirements, and define the best deliverables to match business needs.
  3. Take ownership of analysis, from ideation to communication of results and making recommendations to all levels of the company, including senior management.
  4. Develop and evaluate A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features, ensuring that we are launching the correct changes and features in our apps.
  5. Work closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data that is aligned with business logic and allows modeling and analysis.
  6. Be involved throughout the complete product lifecycle to guarantee a data-driven process.
  7. Bring new insights and champion them, using analyses, dashboards, and good storytelling to influence decision-makers.
  8. You will have the opportunity to steer our products, determining which features should be developed and which changes should be made to solve millions of users' daily needs.

Requirements:

  1. You have curiosity in your essence, which motivates you to answer WHY things happened, not just scratching the surface, but aiming for well-founded actionable results.
  2. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other fields with a strong mathematical-statistical background.
  3. Previous experience in working as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations, having direct contact with stakeholders.
  4. Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience in solving highly challenging problems.
  5. Very good knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (e.g. Python, R) so that exploratory analyses can be performed, reports created, and ETLs maintained.
  6. Possess advanced expertise in designing digital experiments, along with extensive hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting A/B test results, all supported by a strong foundation in statistical knowledge.
  7. Experience in causal methodologies is a plus.
  8. Experience in working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, Firebase).
  9. You have successfully mentored junior analysts, guiding their growth and helping them develop new skills.
  10. You understand how to engage and influence decision-makers by using data visualization and storytelling and have excellent English communication skills.
