About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Data Analyst to join our team at Free Now. As a key member of our Product Data team, you will work closely with our product squads, stakeholders, and other data functions to drive business growth and improve product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas and improvements, and estimate the potential impact of planned projects.
  • Engage with product squads to gain an understanding of problems that need to be solved, gather requirements, and define deliverables to match business needs.
  • Develop and evaluate A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features.
  • Work closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data aligned with business logic and allows modeling and analysis.
  • Bring new insights and champion them, using analyses, dashboards, and good storytelling.

Requirements

  • Curiosity and analytical skills to answer WHY things happened and drive well-founded actionable results.
  • Strong mathematical-statistical background, preferably with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience in solving highly challenging problems.
  • Very good knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools.
