Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Intern to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Housekeeping Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean, adhering to high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to schedules and standards.
  • Greet guests warmly and demonstrate high levels of customer service, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints and requests in a professional and patient manner.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols in the hotel.
  • Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department as required.
