About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Technical Consultant to join our team at OpenText. As a key member of our IT Process Automation team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' IT operations through the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Configure automation tools and support the automation lifecycle
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of automation solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking principles
  • Familiarity with IT automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued
  • Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with IT Process Automation solutions (e.g., OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
