Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver technical support and services to clients within your assigned territory, with occasional travel required.
● Collaborate closely with the service manager to ensure seamless operations.
● Execute water sampling and chemical evaluations utilizing portable lab instruments.
● Collect, prepare, and dispatch water samples to accredited laboratories.
● Draft detailed service reports that outline actions taken and recommendations made at client locations.
● Act as a communication bridge between clients and the sales and technical teams.
● Propose enhancements to procedures aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
● Remain on-site at designated locations until all assigned tasks are completed.
● Uphold all safety protocols in the workplace.
● Complete all required training sessions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
● A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
● Familiarity with industrial water treatment processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
● Capability to troubleshoot technical challenges related to monitoring and dosing equipment is preferred but not essential.
● Strong teamwork orientation and goal-driven mindset.
● Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
● Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
● Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
● Eligibility to work within the European Union.
● A valid driver's license recognized in the European Union.
