Job Summary:
Job Summary:
- Surveil the local procurement markets, informing the Commodity Managers of relevant trends and developments.
- Negotiate with regional suppliers (new business decisions, annual price and savings negotiations) in agreement with Commodity Manager.
- Carry out request for Quotations, Bid Analysis and supplier recommendations in agreement with Commodity Manager.
- Execute supplier visits/audits with Supplier Quality Engineers.
- Conduct cost analysis activities with Cost Analysis Team.
- Provide assistance to the Commodity Managers for tenders, regular audits and supplier evaluations.
- Be responsible for everyday communication with suppliers.
- Carry out contract management, including contract data maintenance.
- Manage Engineering Change Process in production phase (i.e. Process "Make & Deliver").
- Troubleshoot (support technical and time-critical ad-hoc requests/requirements).
- Execute measures in the area of commodity reporting and performance measurement.
- Develop and update templates, tools and standards in conjunction with the Competence Center.
- Ensure regular communication with internal and external interfaces.
