Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Project Manager/Consultant with a focus on SAP HCM-SSFF.
- Develop the system strategy pertaining to Human Resources.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Analyze requirements in collaboration with functional areas, selecting or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
- Design and execute procurement processes, including the integration of purchasing requisitions, tender strategy and planning, risk assessment, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience in consulting with expertise in SAP HCM applications.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Additional skills: Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and their interconnections. Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals is preferred. Certification in any of these modules is a plus. Knowledge of permissions management in the system, SSFF development tools (BTP), and SAP HR basic modules is advantageous. Familiarity with payroll systems and their integration with Core HR systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) is also beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in project management within dynamic environments, a strong willingness to learn new technologies, customer-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, teamwork, team leadership, and effective communication skills.
