The Station Manager will be responsible for the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Implement existing standards and processes while contributing own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
- Collaboration with roadsurfer Stations: Maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
- Recruitment: Build and manage team, seeking the right talent for the location.
- Fleet Management: Maintain overview of local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on products, including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome.
- Experience in leading employees or teams is advantageous.
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
- You are a hands-on and effective communicator.
- You are a resilient problem solver and highly organized.
- You speak excellent English, and additionally, you speak the language for the country you applied for fluently.
- Driver's license Class B.
