About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the administration of HR operations, including hiring, contracts production, time and attendance systems, and payroll input processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the shared HR Operations inbox
  • Produce contracts and ensure timely and accurate coordination of payroll processes
  • Maintain HRIS database and spreadsheets
  • Advise the business on common ER queries in line with local HR policies
  • Support the Health Safety aspects in the office
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Administrator
  • English language proficiency to business level
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Workday and TA systems is a plus
