We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Marketing & Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Marketing performance and advising the team with key insights through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-depth analyses and insights into customer acquisition and retention, identifying opportunities to optimize marketing mix, campaigns, and channel targeting.
- Work closely with stakeholders from our Growth channels and other Marketing teams, translating business questions into structured and meaningful analytics.
- Run complex analyses, create dashboards and reports, organize and evaluate AB tests, and provide ad-hoc insights.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of our referral journey and metrics, testing variations, discount structures, and customer segmentation.
- Play a key role in marketing budgeting, determining the optimal channel mix based on seasonality patterns and marketing attribution models.
- Access and process data from diverse sources, using SQL, Python, and/or Google Sheets within a robust data environment.
- Discuss results with stakeholders of various seniority, including functional teams in the Global headquarter and local top management.
- Take responsibility for your own projects, collaborating and sharing knowledge with other analysts.
- Bachelor or Masters Program in a Top Business / Engineering School / University, with a strong focus on data-drivenness.
- At least 3+ years experience in a similar role, driving business impact based on Data and Analytics.
- Quantitative and analytical mindset and skillset, with strong SQL skills, experience with statistical analyses, and visualization tools.
- Experience with other programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- Strong business sense, with ability to build a bridge between business needs and analysis, and between analysis results and business implications.
- Top-notch ways of working, with a proactive, ambitious, and assertive attitude.
- Capable of thinking strategically and rolling up sleeves to get things done, with an eye for detail.
- At ease in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
