Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Insights team at Lonza. As the Head of Data Insights, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of data and analytics projects across the organization, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing domain data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers, BI analysts, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver data and analytics projects.
- Develop and maintain a global strategy for Data Historian (PI) implementation, including data modeling and master data management.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the maintenance and implementation of GxP solutions, with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing data compliance and best practices.
- Establish effective communication channels to provide regular updates on project status, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the data insights team and organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of GxP compliance requirements and best practices in manufacturing data management.
- Intermediate experience required in a leadership role overseeing data teams and delivering data projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
