We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business for our next-gen Fleet Management Solution, SCALAR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
  • Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
  • Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).
