We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and manage Jira tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Coordinate daily orders and stock levels of office supplies, stationery, and other essential items.
- Book transportation services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the upkeep of cleaning schedules and supplies.
- Manage and supervise the use of stickers and other office materials.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background in administration and management or equivalent experience.
- Technical education considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Must be over 18 years old.
