Wind Technical Lead

At The Green Recruitment Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Wind Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering function, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to local project teams and corporate business assurance across all aspects related to wind asset engineering and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Head the wind engineering and technology domain, addressing business requirements for assets at various stages (development, construction, and operations)
  • Develop, implement, and uphold management processes, guidelines, and standards related to wind engineering and turbine engineering
  • Recruit, nurture, retain, and lead a high-performing team of wind experts
  • Offer technical support to country and corporate teams throughout all project lifecycle phases
  • Enhance business understanding and capabilities in turbine health monitoring, predictive maintenance, and diagnostics
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering or an equivalent discipline
  • Proven experience and expertise in wind turbines acquired through working on operational renewable power projects
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including building relationships across diverse cultures
