Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager for power conversion projects to reinforce our team in Madrid (Getafe). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the realization of customer projects for our Power conversion activity, including team project follow-up, material delivery, and Factory Acceptance Tests.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer projects for Power conversion activity, ensuring quality, cost, delay, and performance.
- Organize and manage all tasks related to the project, including team project follow-up.
- Ensure material delivery in accordance with customer contracts.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests of Transformer-Power converters groups.
- Maintain constant communication with clients during the project.
- Engineering degree in Electrical field.
- Project management certification is an asset.
- Relevant experience as project manager in electrical field: power conversion, renewable energies, or power distribution industries.
- Experience in complex and/or large scale projects.
- English fluent mandatory, French or Spanish languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex project situations.
- Capacity to adapt to customer's agendas.
- Solid technical understanding of Power Electronics and related technologies.
- Contract management, understanding of legal terms.
