About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DTP Associate to join our team at LanguageWire. As a key member of our DTP team, you will play a crucial role in working on and coordinating ongoing projects, working with a portfolio of existing customers, and being responsible for problem-solving and other customer-related activities across relevant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle simple layout projects with precision and attention to detail
  • Pre- and post-process files for translation and carry out quality assurance to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer quality expectations are met by delivering high-quality work
  • Assist senior colleagues with specific tasks as part of bigger projects
  • Coordinate and interface with DTP and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Standard understanding of terminology and issues related to DTP
  • Preferred is a Bachelor/Master degree within a relevant area
  • Very good knowledge of English spoken and written, other languages would be an advantage
  • Ability to work well as an individual, but also as a part of a team
  • Motivated, eager to learn, cope well with pressure and tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a multilingual environment
  • Interest in the field of technology
  • Responsible and able to organize your work in a fast-paced environment
