About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DTP Associate to join our team at LanguageWire. As a key member of our DTP team, you will play a crucial role in working on and coordinating ongoing projects, working with a portfolio of existing customers, and responsible for problem solving and other customer-related activities across relevant accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling simple layout projects and ensuring customer's quality expectations are met
  • Pre- and post-process files for translation and carry out quality assurance
  • Coordinating and interfacing with DTP and project management teams
  • Handling specific assisting tasks as part of bigger projects handled by more senior colleagues

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Standard understanding in regards to terminology and issues related to DTP
  • Preferred is a Bachelor/Master degree within a relevant area
  • Very good knowledge of English spoken and written; other languages would be an advantage
  • Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team
  • Motivated, eager to learn, able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines, and comfortable working in a multilingual environment
  • Interest in the field of technology
  • Responsible and able to organize your work in a fast-paced environment
