- Respond to and track technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist sales representatives in responding to customer requests and inquiries.
- Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical knowledge of our offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on technical and environmental regulations and provide support as needed.
- Deliver training sessions to other departments on our Personal Systems and Print products and solutions.
- Manage technical escalations and provide proactive technical updates to the sales community.
- Collaborate with various technical resources as needed.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Turkish, Czech, Italian, and/or Swedish (English is a must). Proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering field or computer science.
- Current experience and knowledge in computer and printing technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and team skills, with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal tactical direction.
- Demonstrated motivation to seek knowledge and continuous learning.
- Typically, minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
