We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an HR Talent Training and Development Trainee. As a key player in building talent within our company, you will be responsible for designing and managing our training plan, supporting the communication and organization of training initiatives, and monitoring training indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the training team to design and implement a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of our professionals and aligns with our business objectives.
  • Support the planning and coordination of training initiatives, including managing invitations, monitoring attendance, and preparing training materials.
  • Contribute to the organization of corporate events, ensuring they are memorable and successful experiences for our team members.
  • Monitor key indicators of training initiatives, such as satisfaction and quality of activities, to ensure maximum efficiency and results.
