**Job Summary**

This position reports directly to the Technical Manager at Macdermidconnect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through successful new product trials and increasing customer loyalty by exceeding expectations in technical competence, responsiveness, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and R&D teams, to provide technical support to our target markets and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support to customers by offering solutions to technical issues through process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in on-site customer evaluations to drive the growth of the business unit.
  • Conduct regular technical visits, lead technical discussions, and meetings with customers to discuss technical issues and resolutions.
  • Provide technical training and presentations to external and internal customers.

**Requirements**

  • Accurately and timely prepare and submit monthly technical reports, call reports, and evaluation reports.
  • Work closely with various departments to provide technical support and drive business growth.
