An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Conformance Manager to join Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new projects within the department to lead quality escapes investigations and deploy new digital methods and routines.
- Contribute to industrialization initiatives that aim at providing added value to the final product beyond guaranteeing its overall quality.
- Drive quality transformation by coordinating the implementation of disruptive solutions in close coordination with international local teams at Plant and FAL levels.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex quality issues by enhancing Practical Problem Solving endeavors.
- Dispute current ways of working to identify possible improvements that help increase processes performance, guaranteeing their repeatability and reliability.
- Set the quality requirements for the products and lead their correct transference to the shop floor through their inclusion in the inspection dossier.
- Promote the quality mindset and good practices within the production teams.
Requirements:
- Educated to a Master's Degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Knowledgeable in the fields of Aerospace and industrial manufacturing.
- Responsibility for one's ideas and their realization.
- Proactivity and agility, with the ability to work in challenging environments.
- Autonomy and organization skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an advanced level in English and Spanish.
