Job Opportunity:

An exciting chance to join Airbus Operations in Getafe, Madrid, as a Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) has arisen.

Key Responsibilities:

As a QCM, you will be accountable for managing new projects within the department, leading quality escapes investigations, and deploying new digital methods and routines. Your main tasks will include:

  • Driving quality transformation by coordinating the implementation of disruptive solutions with international local teams.
  • Facilitating the resolution of complex quality issues through enhanced Practical Problem Solving endeavors.
  • Identifying and disputing current ways of working to improve process performance and guarantee repeatability and reliability.
  • Setting quality requirements for products and leading their correct transference to the shop floor.
  • Promoting a quality mindset and good practices within production teams.

Required Skills:

We are looking for young talents who are enthusiastic about their work and passionate about the aerospace industry's challenges. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Responsibility for their ideas and their realization.
  • Proactivity and agility in challenging environments.
  • Autonomy and organization skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an advanced level in English and Spanish.
