Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes and improve the candidate experience
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and provide insights to inform hiring decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistency in our operational processes
- Drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and improve hiring processes
- Professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Exceptional academic background, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and creating learning programs to develop their skills
- Ability to travel to company events 2-4 times a year
