- Customer-Centricity: Partner with the Senior Product Manager to engage with customers and UX teams, identifying and validating problems and opportunities through research and technical discovery.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient solutions to technical challenges.
- Proven track record (3+ years) as a Product Owner / Manager in prioritizing and delivering initiatives that have significantly improved customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Successfully led multiple cloud-based product initiatives from inception to delivery, ideally within Content Creation technologies.
- Expertise in breaking down epics into small increments to maximize value and operational efficiency.
- Strong affinity for technology, with the ability to address complex technical challenges alongside engineers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
